Two Rivers Recovery Center is a therapeutic residential treatment program for women in early recovery. Two Rivers provides services for up to 25 women and five newborns in a collective living environment, where women (and some newborns) share space and resources in an effort to build sober community and peaceful living. As a therapeutic setting, we strive to provide each woman with a safe, nurturing environment to foster success. TRRC provides the resources where women grow emotionally, socially, and spiritually through the clinical and supportive services.
Our philosophy is to provide:
- a safe and sober environment that is relevant, consistent and nurturing
- assistance and advocacy in securing stable housing
- preparation for vocational and workforce development
- quality treatment programming that will support residents in the journey sustainable recovery
- If residents have children, the skills and support residents need to parent residents children
Direct care support specialists will provide direct services to program clients. Responsibilities include supporting clients' activities of daily living, administering medications as needed, advocating for individuals, and providing opportunities to optimize their independence, rehabilitation and recovery. Develop professional and supportive relationships with clients and provide informal counseling and guidance with a person-centered focus.
Must have a vehicle for work use and current driver's license; ability to complete medication administration training. All candidates must complete and pass background record screening process. Starting rate of $15 per hour.
