This OT Ramp UP Program will be a 1 year training program that will provide employees time to get hands-on training, work full-time and also receive specific technical training within the Operational Technology expertise.

Travel: This position is located in our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD offices. Travel will be required up to 5% of the time.

Are you interested in learning how to support servers and network environments for large industrial clients? We are starting a new training program and will help you learn how to become a Systems Analyst for our Operations Technology team. Our OT Team monitors, manages, and protects industrial process assets and manufacturing/industrial equipment. They provide the hardware and software that keep our clients' industrial facilities running.

- Provide assessment and support of clients’ server and network environments
- Provide initial support and troubleshooting for systems
- Implement patches and corrective actions needed to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
- Ensure systems have appropriate security baselines and up-to-date vulnerability patches
- Participate in customer planning meetings to remediate service-related issues and/or requests
- Other duties may be assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High school degree OR GED equivalent
- No experience required!

- Customer service oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Desire and interest in learning about technology and how we can use it support to clients.
