We are a busy orthodontic practice looking for an enthusiastic ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT to join our team. We take pride in the high quality of care that we provide for our patients. This is a full time position. Previous experience in the orthodontic field as an orthodontic assistant is preferred, but we are willing train the right person. Job duties included but are not limited to:
-Prepare treatment area, sterilize, organize, and set up instruments
-Meeting and greeting patients and parents as well as giving treatment and brushing instructions
-Assist doctor with patient appointments (traditional braces, Phase I appliances, Invisalign, retainers etc.)
-Taking records including digital x-rays and photos and iTero scanning for models and Invisalign
-3D Printing of dental models
-Preparing indirect bonding trays
-Supply stocking and reordering for the clinic area
-Charting patient appointments and treatment details
-Uploading and editing photos, emailing x-rays and correspondence
