Seeking eager individuals to join our growing Operations team! Collaborative and energetic team environment.
Order Managers are responsible for end-to-end management of AT&T network and voice orders from creation through test and turn up. The candidate will need to have a strong passion for sales support, project management, and improving our customer experience with natural abilities in organization, multitasking, and resolving customer issues.
Previous telecom experience is great to have, but not required!

Requirements

Roles and responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Gather key order specifications, establish order requirements, submit orders, and determine if network and voice service orders are complete and ready to move to next stage for processing
  • Review all systems to ensure all elements of the order are captured accurately and consistent from database to database
  • Collaborate with customer, sales representative, AT&T, and operations group to create a workflow and timeline
  • Establish and monitor milestones and manage MACD orders as needed
  • Exercise independent authority to resolve customer order issues and complaints
  • Use online tools to analyze customer orders, engage resolution resources, and proactively update our customers
  • Work with Account Managers to manage large/small projects and processes, performing independently with limited supervision
  • Reduce cycle time and increase revenue
  • Resolve difficult and complex problems that require attention to detail while multitasking
  • Work with multiple CRMs and systems

What it takes:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service and the technology sector
  • Willingness to work in-office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of MS Office and CRMs
  • 4-year degree preferred
