Ro-Mac Lumber & Supply is hiring an Operations Training Manager in Leesburg, Florida. We are looking for someone with a background in the construction supply industry to identify and monitor training needs in the organization, design, plan and implement training programs, and policies and procedures to fulfill those needs. With over 400 employees Ro-Mac Lumber is one of Florida’s premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in construction supply business
- Knowledge of Epicor-Bistrack, a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the lumber and supply industry
- Proficiency using a computer
- Work well within a team environment
- Minimum (2) years Management experience
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test, clear background
