AirCom Mechanical is Northern California's leading Commercial/Mechanical Contractor. We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team in the Bay Area.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- AirCom, Chillermen, Calibrated Air and Volt Energy: Primary receptionist (Answer and route calls)
- Zoll inventory management
- Chillermen parts ordering and tracking
- Warehouse inventory management (SAC & Milpitas)
- Specialty tools inventory management (SAC & Milpitas)
- Vehicle inventory management and monthly inspections (SAC & Milpitas)
- Administrative support (Quotes, PMs, and Service meetings)
- Service and Construction tool inventory management
- Coordinate with Operations Analyst I – SAC and Senior Service Manager
- Backup duties: Operations Analyst I – SAC
- Special projects
