Job Summary
The TEAM LEAD is vital to the daily operation and success of the club overall financially. The TEAM LEAD works with the Director of Club Operations and Team Members to create the best team possible, ensure member retention through maintaining the highest level of customer service and cleanliness while also reaching member acquisition goals by following the XF sales process.
Responsibilities
Create The Best Team Possible
- Ensure team and company goals as well as culture are in alignment and team is constantly improving.
- Give clear direction on vision, culture, and standards
- Learn about players goals and motivations
- Train and give tools for each position to succeed
- Recruit and replace to ensure full staff of A players
Hit Member Retention Goals
- Ensure club opens and closes properly 7 days a week
- Ensure club stays clean, functional, and member issues are taken care of
- Daily Cleanliness Walkthrough
- Daily meeting with Director on:
- Management of Cleaning Checklists
- Management of Online Reputation
- Management of Fitness EMS
- Management of Customer Service Issues through Jot Form
- Daily Management of Member Check In Alerts & Delinquencies
- Manage Cleaning Checklist to Completion Daily and Ensure it is Uploaded
Hit New Member Acquisition Goals
- New Member Outreach
- Maintain call processes to company generated leads
- Maintain call processes to self-generated leads
- Monitor and respond to online messages
- Maintain XF Sales Process
- Learn and execute XF Tour Scripts
- Learn and execute XF Membership Presentation Scripts
- Learn and execute New Member Referral Scripts
- Train and Develop Team Members
- Roleplay the sales processes
- Complete Audits/Test Outs of Team Members
Schedule: Full Time Position
- Opening shifts starting at 4am
- Average Schedule 42-45 Hours/Week
Pay
36k Salary with Monthly Bonus Opportunities
