JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires you to work in the office and is not home-based.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1 year of online customer service experience, call center, or similar
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong with math
- Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Excel, Word, and MacBook a plus
- Type 45 wpm
- Strong with Gmail and able to compose emails with ease
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- High school diploma
- You must pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check
- You must maintain professional casual dress attire
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- Must have a reliable and insured vehicle
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reply to heavy incoming emails from customer inquiries
- Answer customer calls
- Call back customers with solutions or update of the order
- Create reports
- Data entry
- Create refunds and money requests
- Post office run to drop off or pick up
