Specific Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the people and material to complete high quality, profitable work
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• Obtain daily, weekly, and monthly sales/productivity goals
• Manage parts and supplies to ensure all scheduled jobs can be completed
• Use designated software to schedule, dispatch, and manage daily operations
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
• Proficiency with software and technology-based devices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team builder
