What is the Role?

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing the entire team as well as collaborating across the organization. This role oversees all aspects of marketing including strategy, branding, online marketing and ads, website maintenance, and content creation. This is a fully remote position, and requires a large degree of self-regulation to meet tasks and responsibilities on time – we hope you will enjoy the flexibility!

Responsibilities

  • Builds strategies for increasing our audience
  • Oversees marketing channels
  • Manage and update websites, including content, blog, and analytics
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports
  • Manage deadlines
  • Support and oversee the entire team

Skills

  • Excellent project management and ability to help organize and drive efficiency across teams
  • Excellent at working independently, prioritizing competing needs, and problem-solving
  • Ability to develop high-level strategy and translate it to initiatives that drive acquisition and sales

Qualifications

  • Must have management experience
  • Computer knowledge
  • Know how to use social media platforms
  • Excellent written/editing and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Benefits: PTO and holiday pay starts after 90 days

This is a remote position. You must live in South Carolina.
