Office Associate-Undergraduate Support Job at University of Nebraska
Provides administrative and secretarial support for the undergraduates of the School of Biological Sciences. Serves as the Assistant to the Vice Director of the School. Responsibilities include: assistance with undergraduate education assistant hiring, maintaining committee minutes and agendas, assistance and organization of events and outreach, and assisting with website updates. Other duties include: assisting with front desk responsibilities and other duties as needed. Good communication is essential to job functions and interactions with students.

High School diploma plus four (4) years relevant office experience required; equivalency considered. Must have computer skills to include working with word processing, spreadsheets and database software. Excellent interpersonal skills essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant coursework or specialized training beyond high school preferred.
Posted Salary $13.942/hr minimum
