Job Overview:
Cross Creek Timber, LLC and Cross Creek Realty, LLC are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an office manager/administrative assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the sales team with data entry into our marketing platforms. Responsibilities:
Provide support to the owner in daily operations and special projects.
Manage office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails.
Schedule real estate closings and coordinate transactions.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the listing process.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and delivering contracts, creating and updating marketing materials/advertising, and maintaining the company website.
Coordinate and oversee office events and meetings.
Manage office supplies and equipment by ordering and stocking inventory.
Stay up-to-date with real estate policies and ensure the office complies with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Preferred: 2+ years of experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
Strong organizational and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in performing tasks.
Holding a current SC real estate license is a plus, but not required for initial hiring. Candidates will be expected to obtain their license within the first year of employment.
