Office Administrator

Job Description:

Hayden Lake Marina is looking to hire a Marina Office Administrator to manage the office including but not limited to some accounting, storage sales, rental boats, daily activity reporting and providing a level of customer service that will continue to increase revenues and please our customers.

Job Requirements:

Preferred: Background in Office Management along with experience with Excel and QuickBooks Software.

Skills:

  • Mathematical abilities at a level required to perform basic calculations
  • Must have knowledge of accounting
  • Must be proficient on the computer, including Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage staff professionally and efficiently
  • Ability to work well with others

Work Conditions:

This position consists of working in an office environment on a normal work day for 8 hours a day. Hours in the summer extend and some weekend work may be required as needed. Must be able to work some holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day).

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Accounts Receivables Entry and deposit processes
  • Accounts Payables
  • Maintain daily sales reports and ensure daily bank deposits are made
  • Process slip fees, electronic invoicing, late fees, and monthly/yearly billing
  • Process annual contract renewals
  • Ensure invoicing is entered correctly and in a timely manner
  • Maintain contract files with updated insurance and registration
  • Any other duties assigned by Director of Administration or Marina Manager

Other tasks and duties are applicable

Experience:

  • Office Manager: 2 years

Education:

  • High school or equivalent

Pay Rate depends on experience
