Part Time 24hr 7a-3p, every other weekend
Per Diem 7a-3p & 3p-11p

$1,000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time!

$250 Sign On Bonus for Per Diem!

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of the CNAs and Lead CNAs
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management process
• Balance service demands with supporting resident’s independence
• Accurately assess, communicate and document resident’s/patient’s status
• Observe and report any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Resident Care Director, physician, family, CNAs according to state regulations
• Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system and know when to call for backup

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION

• Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification
• Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
• Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in an assisted living or skilled nursing community preferred
