We are a busy, two surgeon plastic surgery practice in Thousand Oaks, CA. seeking Clinical RN for a full-time position managing and staffing our operating room.
The position is Monday through Friday, no weekends, evenings or holidays. The position involves all aspects of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care. It involves managing the day-to-day operations, and coordinating staffing for surgery days. Ongoing accreditation requirements are also part of the job.
The facility is AAAASF medicare certified with a single operating room used by two plastic surgeons. The center was accredited recently and is certified until 2025.
Experience is highly desirable, but we are willing to work with a motivated and talented nurse interested in learning the position.
Salary will be based on experience. The position includes generous benefits, such as a pension plan, 401(k) and healthcare.
