Job Description: Full Time & Part Time available

We are looking for a passionate, professional NURSE Instructors (RN or LVN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience teaching and minimum of 2-3 years clinical field experience. They must possess a dedication to education and sincere desire to help our students succeed. Our teachers are given individualized lesson plans to teach students practical applications of their academic lessons through role-playing, clinical hands-on activities, and individual projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of educational objectives for a specific course.
• Create a lesson plan based on a set learning outcomes.
• Communicate course concepts to students in a way that is comprehensible and interesting to them.
• Implement an effective classroom management system that encourages active participation in learning by the students.
• Create and administer tests based on specific learning outcomes.
• Work with other teachers to plan lessons, review student work, and evaluate educational programs.

Qualifications:

• Current and active RN or LVN license in the state of California

• Must have ONE of the following : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school, valid teaching credentials, completed minimum of one year full-time teaching in a state accredited or approved RN or LVN program, meet community college or state university teaching requirements in California
• Minimum of 4 years clinical experience as an RN or LVN in the last 5 years
• Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications
• Must meet approval of regulatory board in order to hold the position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37.00 - $50.00 per hour
