Position Summary:
Responsible for the management, planning, and execution of training activities associated with Commissioning, Startup and Operation of Petrochemical and Refineries for CB&I and Client personnel
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop/assist in developing training program objectives, course content, instructional materials, i.e., manuals, audio/visual slides, etc.- Select/assist in selecting and supervising program instructors and participants.
- Prepare and maintain records of participants' attendance, progress, test evaluations, completion of program, etc.
- Provide technical instruction to program participants when necessary.
- Prepare documentation on training program.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Basic Qualifications:
Educational and experience requirements include: Four year degree in education, human development, or instruction and instructional methods, or equivalent combination of formal education and training experience.- Preferably some minor experience in construction related areas.
- Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills plus working knowledge of construction technology essential.
