MUST BE BASED IN WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA AREA.

PAY: $18.00 per hour, including up to a 40% rent concession in one of our communities should there be an available vacancy.

We are currently looking for Mobile Home Renovation Technicians to join our traveling construction team. This team will be responsible for traveling throughout Florida to assist in remodeling mobile homes in our communities.

The Perks:

• The traveling from community to community is done in company provided vehicles.
• If there is overnight travel involved, you will stay in an Airbnb.
• Daily meal reimbursements are provided
• Never get stuck doing the same thing each day

You will meet up on Monday morning with other team members in the West Palm Beach area, travel to the location together, and stay at that location Monday-Friday. You will return Friday afternoon and spend the weekend at home.

We are looking for the following person(s) to have:

• Ability to travel within the State of Florida 100% of the work week.
• Areas of travel would be: From Homestead to Cocoa Beach along the East Coast and Tampa, St. Petersburg, Largo and Clearwater on the West Coast.
• Live near West Palm Beach, Florida as that will be the "home base".

Solid home construction experience including, but not limited to:

• Roofing
• Carpentry
• Painting (interior and exterior)
• Flooring, replacement and repair
• Installing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, sinks and faucets
• Drywall repair and install along with mud work
• Window and door repair and installation
• Strong knowledge and experience in electrical
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license

**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
