Ensure that the equipment is clean, properly sanitized, and drained prior to use.
Ensure that the proper connections are made in a sanitary manner.
Adhere to all regulatory and company standards and requirements pertaining to the mix making operations, sanitation, record keeping, and reporting functions.
Inspect product for compliance with quality specifications at changeover.
Prepare mix formula calculations in accordance with company specifications and quality control.
Prepare mixes using the right ingredients and correct amounts of all ingredients.
Maintain mix making and storage areas in an orderly and sanitary condition.
Follow proper cleaning procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Must be willing to work any overtime (weekends included) and learn different jobs.
Will be required to pass a drug screening and background check.
