As a Member Service Representative, you will:
- Build member relationships through quality service experiences
- Perform various financial transactions
- Actively educate members on the products and services that best meet their financial needs
- Answer member questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner
- Perform cash handling and balance daily transactions
The ideal candidate will possess:
- The desire to make serving others a career
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence in promoting appropriate products and services
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft programs
- Basic math skills
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work in any of our Wilmington, NC area branches required
- A high school diploma or GED required
