The formal title for a Medical Receptionist role at MDR of CNY is "Patient Care Specialist." Responsibilities include making appointment reminder calls to include screening for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) safety-related concerns, ensuring previous imaging is available for comparison, checking patients in upon arrival, verifying insurance information, answering phones, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and other related duties to assist the MRI Technologists in an efficient and timely manner. This is a 40 hour per week day shift, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., with the flexibility to cover absences as needed.
Candidates that complete the skills tests and pre-recorded telephone screening questions will jump to the top of the list.

Pay: $14.50 - $20.80 per hour
