We are currently searching for a unique individual whose experienced in home healthcare, and experienced as a medical assistant to serve as the Office Coordinator.

Job Summary:

The office coordinator is an integral part of the team who touches all service levels of the organization. Playing a vital role in assisting with HR functions. Successfully managing schedules of staff. Ordering supplies. Schedules and coordinates events. Essential to successful client relations. Active and engaging with social media platforms. Office organization and administrative tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Office organization to include filing, storage of files, ordering supplies.

  • Answering telephones and funneling calls

  • Managing client databases

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, employees and events

  • Assisting supplies to include, tracking, ordering and organization

  • Assisting with organizing events

  • Typing documents, filing reports, creating spreadsheet files

  • Completing appropriate paperwork as assigned

  • Assisting with HR roles to include recruitment, onboarding and etc.

  • Support for Executives

  • Greeting visitors and guests

  • Assisting with prior authorizations and insurance management.

  • Assisting with prior authorizations.

Required, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding organizational abilities and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, computers and social media

Proven ability to maintain multi-task, prioritize and achieve deadlines

Demonstrates compassion, enthusiasm and trust

Able to navigate a fast-paced environment

Experience submitting medical claims and prior authorizations.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or related position

Home Health experience is preferred or in the medical field

Associates or certification in administration or human resources preferred

Job Type: Full-time
