Mechanic Trucks and Equipment Job at Beebe Landscape Services Inc
Beebe Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance and Repair Mechanic
Maintain proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of all assigned trucks and heavy equipment including loaders, skid steers, tractors, backhoe
Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
Perform system repairs that may include brakes, front end work, engines, transmission, air and hydraulic systems, tires, drive-train, steering and suspension, electrical and A/C.
Perform all preventive maintenance inspections, state and federal mandated safety inspections and complete repairs in accordance with DOT requirements. Including but not limited to Oil and filter changes, greasing front end and dump beds, tire pressure and fluids
Ordering/Estimating/Inventory
Maintain and foster relationships with our vendors
Making recommendations about value v. cost
Maintain consistent level of inventory of truck parts
Present estimates for parts and service
Team/Field Support
Winter Services – Truck with snowplow, equipment, salting truck etc.
Field Services – Equipment Operation, repairs
Skid Steer (with attachments)
Wheel LoaderTruck with Trailers
