The MDS Coordinator will use their skills to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with Federal and State regulations and Company procedures.
MUST BE RN FOR 1ST SEAT POSITION
MUST BE RN OR LPN FOR 2ND SEAT POSITION
Requirements:
- Must be RN or LPN with experience in MDS 3.0 and skilled nursing.
- Comply with both federal and state guidelines, including all licensing requirements.
