Job Summary:
Under supervision and within established systems, schedules, and protocols receives and inputs information from the Minimum Data Set (MDS).
Requirements:
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster (if eligible) will be required for all facility employees (requests for accommodation due to medical exemption or religious belief will be reviewed).
- Current and unencumbered CA RN or LVN license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a LTC setting hospital or nursing care facility.
- Must have a minimum 6 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- MDS Certified preferred.
- Proficient in MDS 3.0 reimbursements.
- High School education or GED.
- Must have the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
