MARKETING STRATEGIST
Media Bridge Advertising is an agency in Minneapolis, MN, that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Strategist to work directly with clients to understand their key goals and objectives and then translate those requirements to our internal teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A MARKETING STRATEGIST
- In partnership with an internal Brand Manager, meet with clients to identify key goals, objectives, audience, and effective media mix for our clients' marketing objectives.
- Use research tools (MRI/Simmons, Media Radar, etc.) and your in-depth industry knowledge to develop and implement informed marketing plans for clients.
- Initiate internal conversations on behalf of the client, attend client meetings and monitor client budgets.
- Acquire in-depth industry knowledge, including key issues, competitive landscape, industry trends, and the implications for our clients.
- Remain up to date on changes to media channels and advertising trends. Understand the most effective strategies and when to pitch them to our clients.
- Partner with internal cross-functional project managers and senior leadership to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- You aren't new to the advertising world! You have at least five years of prior experience in media and advertising. We are open to someone with experience from the agency or media side as long as you can demonstrate an understanding of marketing strategy.
- Do you enjoy giving presentations and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills? This is a client-facing role, and we're looking for that!
- Are you known for your ability to juggle multiple tasks and continually prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Perfect!
- We believe media is media and promote integrated campaigns. To succeed in this role, an understanding and previous experience with digital marketing campaigns and paid social and web technologies (i.e., online tools, search, and social media).
- You don't have to be an IT expert. Still, proficiency with MS Office, project management tools (we use ASANA), and Google Workspace is expected - as are highly developed organizational, project management, and time management skills.
