- Manufacturing Technician will work with Cell Leaders, Cell Members, Quality and Engineering staff to assure manufacturing compliance respective to the use of all existing manufacturing/process equipment, respective gages and fixtures.
o Reviews tooling requirements and aides in the tool designs.
o Orders specially designed cutting tools and other operating supplies needed to support designed manufacturing processes.
o Creates and maintains standard work.
- Improve current manufacturing processes in order to reduce costs and increase reliability and control of these operations.
- Gather all necessary data respective to non-conformances and provide relentless root cause and positive corrective actions.
- Fully utilize and embrace the ACE Operating System.
- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
- Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
- Attend scheduled EH&S training program
- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
- Recommend improved EH&S practices
- -H.S. Diploma and 4+ years of manufacturing experience or an Associate’s degree and 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- US citizenship is required due to government contr
- Set-up, run, and trouble shoot manufacturing processes
- Ability to work in a team problem-solving environment either as an organizer or participant is required.
- Computer knowledge
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to execute and troubleshoot tasks with minimal supervision
- Thorough knowledge of in-house manufacturing and NDT processes

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
