Production Worker – First Shift

Colorlab Cosmetics Manufacturing

Colorlab is seeking production workers for first shift packaging operations at our facility in Williston, Vermont. Our production department fills components with our custom cosmetics in many shapes and sizes. Pay based on experience.

Main duties include:

• Operate filling machines
• Label and capping of products
• Set up, tear down and cleaning of filling machines
• Pulling and returning inventory to stock
• Complete production and quality control records
• Reading and writing work orders and instructions
• General Cleaning
• Packing parcels and pallets for shipping

This position has a physical component, including:

• Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 55 lbs)
• Use of repetitive motions such as pulling, pushing, grasping, twisting
• Standing at a job station to complete a job

While production or manufacturing experience is not a requirement, we do ask our people to have these skills and abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work cooperatively
• Be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Accept job specific training and follow instructions
