Role Summary:

Verano is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Digital Programs & POS. This is a full-time position as a member of the Digital Marketing Team. Working in partnership with select vendors and retail organizations, this individual will manage the project execution to successfully implement point-of-sale, kiosk, and other digital solutions across Verano's 100+ retail locations nationwide.

This is an in-office position and may require up to 30% domestic travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement project plans in accordance with business requirements and with the help of subject matter experts, to ensure the successful implementation of point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
• Manage other digital operations projects as assigned.
• Identify, capture, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Participate in defining quality service level agreements (SLA).
• Navigate technical obstacles and remove roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Be committed to successfully achieving milestones and critical due dates.
• Continuously keep the project sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team informed as to project's purpose, background, scope, requirements, and critical issues.
• Participate in solution design, testing, training, and/or documentation to ensure project success.
• Assist in developing project management standards and tools, which include procedures, templates, tools, sharing best practices, etc.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business management, or related field required.
• 3 year(s) of project management experience.
• Extremely perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
• Present themselves professionally and ethically.
• Sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and public image.
• Polished presentation and a solid skill set in verbal and written communication.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
