We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Fulfillment who will ensure that Blue Nile product meets our quality standards and delivery commitments. The Manager, Fulfillment is responsible for inbound receiving and outbound shipping, reverse logistics and maintaining the integrity of the facility as a well-organized, clean, high functioning and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing based on workload, pick, packed and shipped volumes and capacity.
• Create and implement work instructions, standards, and procedures
• Drive corrective action to improve and maintain fill rate
• Meet aggressive daily deadlines and high-performance standards
• Continually drive down unit costs by improving processes to maximize productivity
• Identify ways to utilize technology and advanced equipment to improve operations
• Drive continual improvement initiatives in material flow, visual management, 6S, and reduction of waste.
• Effectively lead, manage, and motivate employees
• Create a safe and positive work environment for all employees
• Maintain positive relationships and establish relationships across divisions and functions to improve business processes, regularly partnering with Production, QA, Inventory, Merchandising, Finance, Vendors, and service providers
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Operations (or equivalent) desired and minimum of 3 years of Management experience.
• Experience in a high-performance, short turn-time, manufacturing location
• Experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) and omnichannel fulfillment highly desired
• Lean or Six Sigma experience or certification preferred
• Customer focus and commitment driven with quality and safety as priorities.
• Results Oriented.

The salary range for this job is $66,215 - $99,323. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job- related knowledge, skills & experience, among other factors. Regular positions are eligible for discretionary bonus. Blue Nile offers medical, vision, dental coverage and 401(k) employer match amongst other benefits for eligible positions.
