IFG Companies is hiring in Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina and on a case-by-case basis in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia. Applicants must reside in one of these states to be hired. Remote and flexible work arrangements are provided to all employees based on manager approval.
The expected salary range is $130,000 to $150,000, is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Company, and will be commensurate with experience.
POSITION SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Manager, Financial Systems and Enterprise PMO is a critical leadership role within the CFO organization. The selected candidate will offer extensive experience designing and executing finance and enterprise program management activities. S/he will, through the sponsorship and guidance of the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Enterprise PMO, partner with finance and enterprise leaders to accelerate the build and delivery of finance and corporate capabilities, enabling more effective execution of the company’s business strategy. The role is a key change agent and innovator for financial processes and systems. S/he will enhance Oracle and Wings platform capabilities, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and design and deliver system training programs to deepen the application knowledge across the CFO organization.
KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Assist in the build out of the Enterprise Program Management Office, leveraging industry benchmark practices.
· Ensure all key life cycle program management activities are captured and properly executed through effective enterprise-wide governance including funnel prioritization and capacity planning.
· Build highly effective engagement and alignment across key business partners to ensure program sustainability and success.
· Define key resource requirements and lead program management activities for critical process re-engineering and systems initiatives.
· In partnership with senior leaders, modernize enterprise infrastructure, drive key process enhancements and technology initiatives to strengthen core business capabilities, governance and control activities.
· Implement and/or re-engineer core business processes to enhance the application and benefits of Oracle and Wings (reporting solution)
· Respond to identified problems, complete analysis, diagnoses, and root cause identification; implement solutions to resolve problems.
· Act as the primary technical owner of finance systems providing administrative, technical and user support.
· Perform various access controls, mitigate segregation of duties conflicts, and perform periodic financial system processes.
· Develop and deliver presentations for finance and enterprise program governance and steering committee activities.
· Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to measure sustainability, program health and other key metrics.
· Ensure that risk identification and risk mitigation plans are incorporated into project charters, project plans, and broader program management activities.

· Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks; adjusts priorities as needed.
· Extensive experience implementing and enhancing user experience with Oracle Fusion, SmartView and Wings
· Expert regarding integration between Oracle and interoperability with other systems within the Finance landscape. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, enterprise project planning, Gantt charts, and program management software
· Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel with pivot tables and reporting, VLOOKUP and advanced formulas.
· Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement frameworks
· Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire local domain knowledge
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
· 7+ years of industry experience designing and implementing enterprise program management office and governance activities, leveraging industry benchmark practices
· External management consulting experience with Big-4 or established regional established firm strongly preferred
· 5+ years of experience with Finance Systems, processes and controls.
· Experience or exposure to Oracle Fusion, SmartView and Wings.
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field with exposure to Finance or Finance systems and processes.
· MBA and/or industry certifications preferred
· Ability to work with internal and external partners including consultants and vendors
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Physical demands are considered to be that of an office environment, climate controlled, with minimal physical exertion. This position requires prolonged sitting, ability to utilize a computer and interactions with others in meetings or via phone.
· Ability to travel as necessary according to business needs.
