Position Overview
- The IT Business Systems & Support Manager will work with our technology leadership to plan for and execute our internal information technology strategy for our growing business across multiple locations and channels. This manager must have attention to detail, organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to be proactive in working with our technology leadership on various projects to continuously improve our IT application ecosystem by utilizing his/her industry expertise and sound judgment.

What you will work on
- Prepare and manage the budget for information technology business systems operations
- Oversee hardware and software procurement and management
- Plan and execute business support applications related projects, such as order management, warehouse and inventory management, finance and human resources systems, supply chain system, product information management system
- Implement all retail store related projects for the retail line of business
- Implement automation across the corporate environment for better user experience and faster turnaround time
- Work closely and collaboratively with across REEDS departments, especially with our Finance, HR, Retail, Merchandising and PMO teams
- Leverage your strong planning and organizational skills on a day-to-day basis to manage issues and projects through our tracking system and directly work to troubleshoot issues
- Manage IT staff by assisting in recruiting efforts, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising performance
- Collaborate across teams and departments to facilitate online programs and events of all sizes for our remote workforce
Decision Making & Influence
- Take the lead in continuous business improvement by regularly advising IT management of improvements to applications, services, and processes that enhances efficiency, scalability and/or security.
- Coach and encourage application team about the potential use of technologies that bring additional value to the business units.

Requirements
- BSc Degree in Information System or comparable certification
- 5+ years of experience leading IT professionals in the delivery of IT services in complex organizations
- Ability to effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors to get things done
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in high-pressure environments while successfully handling multiple competing priorities
- Possess the technical curiosity to design solutions to support the company’s operations processes.
- Strong management experience, but also capable of hands-on technical work and will directly execute core projects
- Built knowledge of ERP and Retail business support systems
- Mastery of application integration techniques, database systems, and user experience UX concepts
- Ability to think creatively and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driving issues to resolution
- Strong experience in at least two of: WMS, PIM, HRIS, G/L, OMS, Supply Chain systems
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels, both technical and non-technical
- Strong customer service skills to ensure users are satisfied with our corporate IT services; educate users about new technologies and capabilities; respond to questions and resolve issues; and collaborate across departments to support large-scale, online team or company gatherings
