ABOUT THE JOB
The ACLU seeks a full-time position of Manager, Audience & Production in the Development Department of the ACLU's National office in New York, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to strategy and creation of audience selects and tests, using reporting and data to drive decisions
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data with audience stakeholders for campaigns as directed
- Write and run ad-hoc SQL queries for audience planning and for donor data as needed outside of existing campaign schedule to ensure deadlines for priority projects are met
- Collaborate in development of annual goals for audience retention throughout Supporter Marketing file
- With partners, report on and monitor offline campaign performance
- Identify and escalate data hygiene issues, and help define solution with teams as needed and appropriate
- Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior direct marketing experience, especially offline programs
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience working with donor data and databases, preferably Salesforce
- Understanding of fundraising campaigns (renewals, appeals, reinstatements) and audiences in low and mid dollar fundraising programs
- Experience with c3 and c4 fundraising, preferred
- Experience working in a complex national or international nonprofit, preferred
- Experience with Salesforce platforms, preferred
COMPENSATION
The annual salary for this position is $91,237 (Level H). This salary is reflective of a position based in New York, NY. This salary will be subject to a locality adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting. Note that most of the salaries listed on our job postings reflect New York, NY salaries, where our National offices are headquartered.
