Fast Growing family-owned business in horse products business looking for management trainee who enjoys a fast-growing environment and the benefits that brings. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an organization that treats employees like family. We are a B to B and B to C company with a brick-and-mortar environment that physically distributes in New England, while also operating two ecommerce websites that ship to the US and Canada. We are an international importer and hold exclusive import, distribution, and sales rights from manufacturers in Italy and India. This is a new position reporting to and working directly with the owner to continue to grow and expand the business. This position will be involved and included with all facets of this fast growing business. Also, this position will train to replace our office manager who is retiring in 1 year. We offer 401k and paid vacation. Pay rate flexible and is based on the right person and experience. We are currently in Winsted, Connecticut and are planning to expand our facility and move East, toward Windsor Locks Ct.
