Maintenance Technician- Barnwell area Job at SC Regional Housing Authority #3
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Barnwell County
SC Regional Housing Authority No. 3 is looking for full-time maintenance technicians. Must have prior experience in apartment maintenance to complete the following:
- Performs various building and property maintenance tasks for our property locations.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and performs necessary repairs such as repairing leaky faucets, replacing drain pipes, leaking toilets, etc.
- Performs minor electrical repairs on items, such as appliances, switches, outlets, circuits.
- Performs carpentry work, painting, roofing, glass/screen repairs, flooring, drywall, siding and fencing installation.
- Assist in painting interior and exterior.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Performs all repairs to the highest quality standards.
- Works with contractors to complete special project work according to established standards. (4) 10-hour shift, withy 3-day weekend!
