Maintenance Technician is a full-time, year-round position that reports to the Operations Manager and is a direct report to our maintenance manager. The objective of this position is to ensure our property meets our high standards of condition and to ensure a superior guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Technician Duties:
- General building maintenance and repair work including mechanical, basic carpentry, basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting and drywall, A/V, IT, kitchen, and laundry appliances.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Submit invoices, expenses, and work orders.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Great communication with Operations Managers, both verbal and written.
- Self-sufficient and able to independently see projects through to their completion.
- Safely operate equipment, company vehicles, and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior relevant experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.
- Competent computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible with time, able to occasionally work non-conforming hours due to business requirements, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and self-driven.
- Physically fit enough to stand for extended periods of time, walk-up flights of stairs, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
