Maintenance Technician Job at Mountain Community Health Partnership
Mountain Community Health Partnership (MCHP) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and operating all non-medical equipment and fixtures as well as ensuring the overall working condition and appearance of the buildings and grounds of all MCHP facilities, while maintaining a safe environment. Other responsibilities include but are not limited too managing construction projects; serving as the liaison between general contracts and MCHP; managing subcontracts for small projects that are completed without a general contractor; responds and/or coordinates response to all building needs; demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance; posses an understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations; assists in developing budgets for building maintenance; coordinates yearly medical equipment safety checks at all clinical sites; ensures environmental rounds are performed on a monthly basis at all sites.
High school diploma or GED required. At least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred.
