As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production machinery, including rebar manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and address maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production operators when required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial manufacturing setting, preferably with experience working on rebar production machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and their operation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
