General Responsibilities
- Have an in depth understanding of all Operating Procedures pertaining to Maintenance and effectively execute.
- Performing routine maintenance and overall property upkeep activities.
- Complete all “Work Orders” requested by guests or hotel staff.
- Ensure overall hotel condition is in excellent condition.
- Maintain adequate inventory for hotel equipment and maintenance supplies.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on all hotel equipment and guest rooms.
- Follow and enforce all hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections throughout the hotel.
- Actively monitor for needed repairs throughout the hotel.
- Be a hotel safety ambassador.
- Has a minimum three (3) years of general maintenance experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

- Basic knowledge of drywall, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
