GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
At least 2 years experience in general maintenance work, responsible for preventative maintenance, & repairs. Some skills preferred, willing to train and willing to learn the job. Work to include knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment, with an emphasis in one or more of the following areas; Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, and Appliance Maintenance. We are willing to provide on-the-job training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.53 per hour
