Point S in Taos is seeking reliable and dependable lube techs to join our team. Experience a plus but not required and we offer training to all those interested.
Primary duties
- Change oil, oil filters, and air filters
· Provide backup support to tire & mechanical bays as needed
· Install, repair, and perform all tires services on all makes and models of automotive, light trucks, lawn and garden, trailers and specific industrial equipment
· Maintain a clean workstation and shop
· Loading and unloading of shipping containers and trucks
Requirements
· TIA certification must be completed within first 90 days
· Valid Driver’s license
· Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds without assistance
· Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
· Should be physically fit and able to stand for periods of time over 8 hours daily
· Ability to take instruction and be able to adapt to changing work assignments
Pay ranges from $15.00-$17.00 depending on experience.
$250 Signing Bonus, $250 after the 90-day probationary period, $250 after 12 months of continuous employment. Uniforms provided to employees at no cost.
Our benefits include holiday pay after probation period and paid PTO after one year of continuous employment.
Covid vaccinations preferred but not required.
Part time and full-time positions available.
