We are a Telehealth Company seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our New Jersey office. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. The ideal candidate should have a valid LPN license in the state of New York and be willing to work in our Matawan, New Jersey office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care via telehealth
- Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient care
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, as well as changes in their physical and mental condition
- Administer and monitor intravenous therapy as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best possible patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and treatments
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York
- Ability to work in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices, as well as medical terminology
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
