Responsibilities
The LPN functions under general supervision and direction of the Registered Nurses, Director of Nursing, and the Chief Executive Officer to:
- Assess the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
- Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
- Maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
We are looking for exceptional talent who demonstrates exceptional compassion. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population.
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Certification: Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Indiana.
Experience: One year nursing experience preferred.
