- Follow directions given by Production Controllers to complete daily job tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.
- Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must become highly proficient with WMS (Korber, formerly High Jump) and drive efficiencies through systemic improvements.
- Verify accuracy of orders in the WMS.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting or exceeding all key performance indicators.
- Solicit feedback and modify actions as appropriate to continually focus on improvements of company processes to ensure the customer’s needs are met for high-quality, cost effective logistics services.
- Promote constant and measurable improvement; teach and facilitate SCLS’ culture of continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate SCLS goals, expectations, areas for improvement and successes to associates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
