Job Description
POSITION DETAILS
- Driver will be picking up (drop/hook) loaded trailer from Customer DC's and delivering to window installation companies.
- Stop count can range from 1-16 stops. But on average the driver will do 2-3 loads per week and 8 stops per week.
- Delivering in the NE, SE, MW, and Central region states. No NYC
- On-time service is critical for customer. On-time pickup, transit and delivery monitored.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Customer assist with unloading 80%.
- Drivers must tailgate windows to the end of the trailer. Windows can be slid or lifted on the floor of the trailer. Weight of windows will not exceed 100 lbs.
- Carts/dolly's available to help unload.
- Drivers will be required to work intermodal, support other DCS accounts, or 3rd party loads when volume is low. (does not happen often)
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Driver must provide all transportation to and from work.
- Automatic Truck will be parked on JB Hunt yard for time off.
- Yard location in Hegins, PA.
