Description: Since 1971, Catholic Charities’ Crozier House has provided a structured and effective residential substance abuse treatment for males aged 18 years and older. Crozier is a voluntary, six month program during which residents work, pay rent, attend regular sessions with their assigned counselor, attend Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous programs, and commit to remaining sober in the facility.
We are currently looking for a live-in house manager in our new sober house facility. This individual will live on-site and assist in providing oversight of the residence, provide day to day oversight of the operation and staffing, and assisting the director with all program management duties, ensuring all residents receive the highest quality of services.

Requirements: Qualifications include a good understanding of the needs of substance use and individuals in crisis, ability to relate in a compassionate, caring and professional manner, and the ability to be flexible, sensitive, and supportive to the needs of others, reliable, and able to cope with emergencies. This position requires long-term recovery of at least 5 years.
