- Hours 5a-1:00p & 9a-5:30p
- Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet Health Department Cleaning, Sanitizing and Storage Guidelines
- Take and document food temperatures and apply corrective action as appropriate
- Applies time management ability and culinary skills in order to prioritize food preparation and ensure the freshest product in a timely manner
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on both lines to assure smooth service period.
