About the Position:
Renal Associates is seeking an LPN to work with our clinic team to provide excellent patient care and support to providers.

The candidate should be able to:

• Communicate with Physicians/Nurse Practitioners in a professional manner
• Administer medications correctly and safely
• Use Electronic Medical Records accurately and efficiently
• Call patients from waiting area, ID patient using name and date of birth, review and amend medications as appropriate
• Obtain lab and test results, obtain and document history for new patients and complete other documentation in EMR as needed
• Communicate with patients in a professional manner
• Review lab and test results and communicate significant findings to Physicians / Nurse Practitioners in a timely manner
• Respond to crisis situations calmly and appropriately
• Assist with other tasks in the clinic as needed
• Demonstrate Team Membership Skills
• Must be able to work in all area Satellite locations

Qualified candidates MUST possess:

• A valid LPN license and current BLS certification
• EMR experience required (EPIC strongly preferred but any EMR experience is a plus)
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Friendly and professional demeanor, good customer service and patient care skills.
