Library Page Job at Forsyth County
General Statement of Duties
A Library Tech Page is responsible for assisting library customers with public computing and technology questions and needs. Common requests for assistance include writing a resume, applying for jobs and attaching resumes to job applications; downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks to tablets and other devices; and assisting with Microsoft Office and Google applications for word processing and spreadsheets. Customers may also need help with other electronic equipment including copiers, fax machines and self-checkout stations. Tech Pages will also assist with circulation desk duties and shelving.
Minimum Education and Experience
Ability to read and write information relevant to performing the work.
