Treehouse Marketing, a division of Contractor Nation, is looking to hire a Leads Processing Representative to be part of our International Leads Processing Team. The ideal candidate works well independently and within a team environment, is a quick learner, has a positive attitude, and is detail-oriented. Duties for this position include: reviewing recorded calls and web leads while entering data, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls as well as covering reception on an as-needed basis.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in our corporate headquarters in Seymour, CT.

Requirements:

• English as a primary language
• Excellent data entry skills with proficiency in spelling and grammar – 50 wpm a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Previous phone experience a plus
• Good Listening skills as well, the ability to make decisions
• A demonstrated ability to focus and be organized, along with good time management skills
• Experience with working both independently and within a Team Environment
• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Proficient Multi-Tasker (listen to recorded calls and complete data entry tasks simultaneously)
• Ability to do repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Coachable and will willingly accept and turn feedback into action
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of work experience
• College experience a plus
• Bilingual a plus (French Canadian or Spanish)
